Our modern production facility in Al-Qastal, Amman, serves customers throughout Jordan and exports to more than 42 countries, offering a comprehensive portfolio of bread mixes, pastry ingredients, confectionery solutions, and specialty baking products. We work closely with our customers to help them create exceptional products while improving quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
Backaldrin International was founded in 1964 in Austria by Alois Augendopler, together with his wife Juliana and their son Peter. What began as a family business has grown into one of the world's leading manufacturers of baking ingredients and innovative bakery solutions. Today, Backaldrin operates production facilities and subsidiaries across multiple countries, supplying professional bakers in more than 100 markets worldwide.
